So I came to this location on my lunch break from work the other night. I’ll be back tomorrow I want to talk to the GENERAL MANAGER AND THE MANAGER OVER THE GM!!! I also want to talk to the owner. I go and try to prepare my order for one turkey sub on the touch screen but it wasn’t working. So I asked someone if they can help me because i couldn’t seem to find it. The lady in the KITCHEN NAMED NICOLE. The black lady.. she came and she tried it herself to assist me but she couldn’t seem to find the turkey sub niether. Two employees tried and couldn’t help. So I let them know I’m trying to hurry up (there was nobody not even one customer ordering food or in the store ordering) so nobody was BUSY. Miss LINDSEY THE WHITE LADY SAID “maam please give us a few minutes “ I replied and said okay thank you cause I have to get back to work. She said “okay I heard you” and rolled her eyes. So I started to laugh and I said okay thanks maam giving her grace. Because how are you a manager getting that upset? So I said thanks maam. She decides to go back and forth being sarcastic saying “yea okay “ like 6 times to provoke me to go back and forth. Then after that she got loud and indirectly cussed and use PROFANITY ABOUT ME”. And that’s when another elderly white lady came and she definitely helped me. She made my sandwich so perfect and very respectful and she was so pa to isn’t. So after I said I was gonna call corporate and complain the black Nicole decides to say she is gonna kick me out the store and tells me that nobody will be making my sandwich. As a manager at McDonald’s I deal with disrespectful rude customers every single day and this was disgusting and disturbing and the worst experience ever!!! They are one nasty crew!!! They really need to be suspended and think bout their actions. I was very upset and disappointed and they probably don’t know any better but I will be down there tomorrow! I have everything...
Read moreAt approximately 9pm I cashed out with Jasmine. I paid for 25$ on pump 3 and a little Debbie snack cake. Immediately after checking out I walked to the pump and attempted to pump my gas. At no time once the nozzle was removed or did I mount it or anything that would prevent me from pumping gas. After about a minute of unsuccessfully pumping gas I pressed the call button. Jasmine on the speaker asked me what’s the problem was. I explained to her I am attempting to pump gas to no avail. She then accused me of hanging the pump back up and stated that I would need to come back in and pay AGAIN. I constantly explained to her I did no such thing and why would I pay again when the gas should be at the pump & I have not received the return funds. In a line with over ten customers she began her verbal assault on me accusing me of an error, stating she did her job and it’s on my and to call and dispute the funds with my bank. I was absolutely mortified and just walked out after 4 minutes of constantly trying to explain to her that the gas was never sent to the pump but she didn’t investigate and would not admit that she would make a mistake. I asked to speak to a manager, she stated she was the manager, she didn’t make a mistake that it’s on me and to dispute it with my bank. While attempting to call my bank she speaks on the intercom at the pump and stated she made the error and put my 25$ of gas on the person behind me gas request. People make mistakes, we are human but at no time is it okay to verbally attack a customer, accuse someone of things without ensuring an error wasn’t made, to tell a customer it is not your problem and to dispute it with their financial institution and to belittle a customer and act highly unprofessional. I am appalled and completely humiliated as she accused me of many things and faulted me for her own error in front of...
Read moreI have POTS, and i almost passed out in the store while trying to order. So i sat on the floor tucked away to prevent the associates from having to make an unnecessary 911 call. One associate was a white male and he was so frickin sweet and got me my order asap with extra extra salt to help me and Nakita came up to me and told me to get up off the floor cuz it's a safety hazard. My husband tells her I have a disability and my heart rate was extremely high, and if I stand up, I will pass out. She proceeded to be nasty and told me I had to get up or she could bring a paramedic over that was cashing out. My husband told her there is nothing they can do they'll just tell her to sit a bit longer, eat some salt and do an ecg. My husband had to drag me out of the store. I just started getting to confidence to go out in public with my condition and to be treated like this put me to tears while in a very hard state to be in. Tell me how you would feel if your heart rate was 161 and dropped to 65 the moment you sat down and was told no, you need to get up right this second. How would you feel? I was visibly pale, and the other associates were actually trying to help. I am devastated by my experience, especially because I used to work at Wawa 5206, and never have they ever done that to me. I even go to Wawa 5111 a lot and I've actually passed out at their store and they read my medical ID tag and followed what i said and helped, never once forcing me to get up right away. Absolutely horrible experience. I have the Director of Operations private number. He's getting a call first thing tomorrow morning. This was highly...
