I booked an appointment for a SNS dip on my fingernails and a gel pedicure. The day of the appointment I arrive to learn that they double booked for my appointment time and they weren’t sure who booked my appointment. The young lady who helped me and did the SNS on my fingernails was very nice, but I felt like a bother because I was rushed through my whole appointment because the tech had clients waiting for her. I requested a pedicure, but they only painted my toe nails and the tech doing my toes didn’t even shape up my nails or ask whether or not I was happy with her work. I booked this appointment trying to treat myself for my upcoming Gender Reveal party and left feeling disappointed and not relaxed at all. My fingernails turned out ok, but the design I wanted for my baby’s gender reveal was not executed the way I wanted, because the nail tech never asked the design I wanted or even the shape I wanted my nails to be. Disappointed. The place is beautiful. 5 star salon! However, I booked with Christina or Venus and she was over 40 minutes late to my appointment and offered no compensation for my time. If I was late I would have owed a late fee.

Full transparency she did warn me she would be late the morning of and I understand things happen but if I was 40 minutes behind my appointment would have been cancelled.

Her nails are nice. However, I do expect that if you are going to have requirements for your clients that you uphold yourself to the same standard.

Update: The nails were nice but the retention was bad. I had multiple nails fall off and lifting after a couple weeks. My nails typically last.

The Experience here was amazing !! My Nail Tech was Alara she did a phenomenal job on my nails ! I showed her what i wanted and she executed it well ! All 3 ladies that worked today were all so kind and sweet ! I couldn’t decide on which colors i wanted to do my nails and The female on the end Kris picked out a color that I’m truly in love with now ! 1st impression should always be the BEST impression in which it was ! Today was my first time and it definitely will not be my last time !!
