TLDR: bland, overpriced, slow service
Ordered: 1 chicken shawarma sandwich - 13.99 1 beef shawarma sandwich - 15.99 (though the menu says 14.99, it's an old price, so be careful & make note)
Quality: I don't think either of them had garlic sauce/tahini and if it did, they must have only added like 1tsp. The beef was chewy & flavorless. There was so much oil/grease, that it leaked everywhere, even though it was wrapped in thick paper.
Service: We ordered 2 sandwiches & were the only ones there. It took almost 10min just for the cook to even get started. Waited nearly 30min. Atrocious. No apology or explanation.
Other notes: They claim to be halal, though it's not clearly advertised. I called & asked if it's Muslim-owned + halal, & I got a positive answer.
How can we explain all these other 5 star reviews? They must be fake. Probably purchased. There was probably a reason why this place came up as a google top sponsored search.
Will...

Finally an authentic Lebanese place! We tried so many places but this one felt exactly like home. The chicken shawarma wrap is genuinely traditional with the garlic sauce standing out as particularly exceptional (made authentically without tomato, onion and tahini sauce like other shawarma places) The menu offers a variety of options and we are already planning our next visit to explore their platters and desserts, especially that the platters come with rice, salad and pita bread. There are a lot of vegetarian options, delicious fresh juice cups, the service is fast and the place is so clean. Highly recommended for anyone craving a true taste of Lebanon. So excited for our next visit and I will definitely add more pictures to this review as soon as I...
Read moreHad a chicken shawarma wrap, the chicken was unseasoned and wet (not because of sauce), the veggies in the wrap were all wet and not fresh, there should be a tang in the veggies but this was not it.
The falafel appetizer I had I think must have been fried once to make it, and then fried again when I ordered it, it was dry and hard and just not right.
Two wraps and a falafel for $50 is not even close to worth what we got.
Two stars because the fries were good and the creamy garlic sauce was good.
I've had a lot of middle eastern food, in the middle east while traveling for work and this is just pretty insulting to what is one of the best cuisines in the world.
I'm not sure why the reviews are so high but it's probably down to people not really knowing what they...
