My friend and I paid for the 5 hour spa treatment which included a body scrub, massage, facial, lunch and hair cut. When we arrived, we were taken into this relaxing waiting room, given robes and a generous pour of delicious red wine while we filled out the required paperwork. The wine was unexpected and our glasses were filled promptly again and again. Absolutely wonderful!

My massage therapist was Denise. She did a spectacular job! I felt so relaxed I almost fell asleep. When I first entered the room, I just wanted to relax and not chat. She was respectful of this even without me communicating my desire for quiet. I really appreciated that. Towards the end, I was feeling more chatty and really enjoyed getting to know more about her and her family. She's very sweet and I highly recommend her. The massage came with aromatherapy and hot stones.

For the facial, I had Meenez. She was also a joy to chat with. The facial massage was cool and relaxing. She gave me a bit of light therapy and my face looked much smoother and less blotchy.

For lunch, I had their chicken salad sandwhich which was light and flavorful. It was a perfect mid day snack to come away just satisfied - not too full.

For my haircut, I had the owner Pareen. She is a wonderful lady and hearing her story was definitely a highlight of a wonderful spa day. She gave me a pixie cut that matched what I was looking for. She was very meticulous and detail oriented.

The smells throughout this whole process were relaxing and inviting. I spent hours combing though day spas in Melbourne and Orlando. Only two had 5 hour long spa day packages and I chose Sanctuary because they offered lunch and a haircut with their package. Absolutely worth the money and nearly hour and a half drive. Sanctuary Salon is great! I live locally and genuinely love coming here. The salon itself is small but very personable, offering a vast array of services that are all very reasonably priced. Every single staff member I’ve interacted with has gone above and beyond to provide an excellent experience. The location feels very safe and parking is pretty good with plenty of shade.

Juan is an incredible stylist! You can tell he’s very knowledgeable, passionate with his craft, and in his element behind the salon chair. He’s very gentle with brushing and styling, which is great for those with a sensitive scalp or hair with compromised integrity (as is my case; bleach damage). Not only is he great with hair, but his professionalism and kindness from stylist to client is top tier. He’s made absolute art with my hair in the two times I’ve sat in his chair and I honestly can’t recommend him enough. I’ve gotten a color treatment and 2 haircuts from him thus far, and I plan on going back to him for future maintenance for as long as I can.

Maria at the hair wash station is such a pleasant person to be around. She’s so so so kind and is practically an expert with head massages. I honestly don’t think my hair has ever felt as clean as it does after her ministrations. She doesn’t pull, tug, or snag any hair and is always checking in with you to make sure everything’s okay. I recently visited the hair salon for a perm, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Brenda and Maria. From the moment I walked in, Brenda greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to ask important and relevant questions about what I was looking for. Her patience and attention to detail were evident as she listened carefully to my preferences and answered all of my questions with expertise.
