Shadow Bay Park Pavilion — Attraction in Dr. Phillips

This is a sweet little modest park in the middle of a much larger park complex with many trails and water area areas.

Well-maintained playground equipment, and cushioned floor surface. Two separate playground equipment areas – one for toddlers and the other for older kids. Lots of climbing and sliding options :-) Lots of shade so it’s not too hot. Restrooms close by with a water fountain. Three or four benches for watching the kiddos.

Parking lot and access to the playground is handicap accessible, but the equipment is not with the exception of one...

This park had one of the best playgrounds in the city. It was always busy and full of kids. It was covered so the equipment wouldn't get too hot from the sun too. There was even a separate playground for smaller kids. Well they tore them both down and put up a really lousy one in comparison in the sun. In the old playgrounds place they put up some BS excercise stuff for adults that I've seen one person actually use. Whoever wasted the money to make this park significantly less good should be fired. It's really a shame...

Absolutely loved the little walk and view I was able to enjoy with my kids and it has much to offer even a reading trail for the kids. An excellent workout spot for calisthenics , a place to hoop and was able to watch some people play tennis . Absolutely beautiful view and the park was very clean and up to par .
