Sahara hookah and wine lounge — Restaurant in Orlando

This is my favorite hookah lounge, but I have to keep it 100. They need some improvements. Let’s begin with the customer service they have one girl server who doesn’t bring value to the lounge she never knows anything she doesn’t know how to entertain guest and she just plain out dull. Her aroma is just off. I honestly feel like the drinks are a bit over priced for a bottle of soda is $5.99. They don’t serve liquor, but on more then one occasion I’ve witness them supplying liquor to certain customers. Moving forward the Manager Bernie is a nice guy. He takes care of my group and I every time, but I feel he can improve much more. Friday’s the Dj should be there @ 10 to get the mood flowing. The servers also needs to eliminate long wait times for a hookah, also I noticed that this was my second time being over charged. Now that’s going to be a issue for me if it continuously keeps happening. As far as gratitude not everyone deserves it and I honestly feel like it should be an option not just automatically added to the bill. I can attest to the fact that sense there has been a new manager (Bernie) that the shop is way better from when I remember just a few little minor issues, but I love them and wouldn’t go to any other lounge to have...

These people are scammers. My girlfriend and I came here just trying to relax. We counted our bill and it was supposed to be $35 but we paid $53 all together. The guy didn’t give us our bill and said $46.01 I thought that’s higher than expected but whatever they must of added that 18% gratuity & charged for natural coals even though we weren’t given a choice. The guy never asked me to sign for anything or gave me my receipt and it turns out I paid $53 after my account was pending for $46 meaning he gave himself a $7 tip & forged my signature. The menu clearly states there’s an 18% gratuity for 4 people or more so how do we get charged 18% gratuity for 2 people + an extra $7 tip??? If it’s extra for natural coal why don’t you tell us that instead of just giving it to us and adding it in?? I use to Come here all the time years ago but new management is trash like their service. I use to Come here and it was $20 for hookah and no gratuity. If the owner had any class he would give me a full refund. How do you let your workers forge customers signatures & add their own tip in on too of an 18% gratuity? I have to dispute the tip from my bank now. I recommend istanbul hookah or royal...

Listen, when I tell you guys I am so disappointed. I have run into numerous of issues at this place.

Some were small so I kept trying the place. Last night made me realize I will never ever spend my money here again. I’ve been bring my entire management team here. We meet up each Friday we came and spend money. I mean last week we spent $500 with this lounge. Last night me and my managers met up here. My manager actually walked in and got us a section. (Keep in mind this is around 7pm) I had then called in a reservation for my other friends since they would be getting there later for 10pm. Keep In mind two separate groups. The server actually goes to my friends table and tells them he’s moving them because other people came and there reservation was pretty much more priority. Even though my friends had a reservation themselves already. I asked the server why the other people were more important then the rest of any of us. He couldn’t answer.

Simply will never spend my money here ever again. If you are looking for a great spot alchemy is a wonderful hookah lounge right...
