This was such a disappointing experience. Booked a 2hr game truck with 10 screens, but not all screens worked, numerous gaming systems didn’t work, there was a power outage and no ac or fans working in game truck after the power outage. Several times I was advised by representative they did not have passcode for games kids wanted to play and I constantly had to request music to be played despite confirmation before rental that music is provided. As if all that wasn’t bad enough they didn’t even have the right name for my son whose birthday we were celebrating. I brought all of this to the attention of the owner who i booked the party through with absolutely no response regarding my concerns. As a result, I highly recommend you find a different game truck for your party needs. I used a different company the year before and regret not going with them again this year. This company worked a 10yo birthday party and they all loved it. Then, they hit at least one car as the left, and they didn't stop or tell anybody. They just hit and ran, leaving the damage behind!! Their truck also dripped oil all over the road and sidewalk. The trail of oil matches the exact path they drove from the yard to the other end of the street, and was still fresh and wet just a few minutes after they left. We rented Super Mario's Game Machine gaming truck for my son's 10th birthday. From the beginning, Mario's communication was great, confirming the booking, explaining the process and the deposit needed. The day of the party he was running a few minutes late and he texted to let us know. All the kids at the party absolutely loved the truck. They did not step foot out of it until our 2 hours was up. My son said it was the best birthday party he's had yet, and my younger son has already asked if we can rent it for his birthday. It was also very convenient that they offered a bounce house for an additional charge for younger kids which worked out perfectly for my youngest child and her friends.

Highly recommend and definitely plan to use again...
