Nova Smoke Shop — Local services in Ormond Beach

Having customers hang out and interject into other people's personal conversations is not a good vibe to have in any store. I was treated rudely after spending thousands of dollars there according to my bank app. The owner makes us bring on our own containers for hash. That's like a restaurant making you bring your own food boxes. I have even purchased a package of silicone containers for the owner only to be asked to bring in more and more. Not sure why I have to supply a business with products they need to operate. I'm debating on coming back. If I do it will be only when Riley works. Yash seems to talk down to me and remind me of all the things he does for other people who use vapes and stuff. I will gladly talk to the big nose guy who seems to act like an employee there. Yash you have my number. I love the products here but the whole vibe has changed. I'm treated like a chore. After my recent experience I have no reason to spend my money there. It adds up to alot of money. I switched all my purchases from pumpernickel to Nova smoke shop since this place opened. The woman who worked on 6/29 at exactly 11:17 was rude and unprofessional. She showed very clearly that from just looking at me she had no interest in serving me. When I walked in I didn’t make it 5 feet into the store before she starting grilling me. She asked for my ID, I am close to 40 years old and get ID often because I do look young. I smiled, and said yes I have ID and I’m here looking for these items. She refused me service and continued to ask for ID. She was clearly frustrated with me, and I wasn’t sure why. She was unprofessional and rude and showed no kindness. In fact she rolled her eyes at me, after I showed the ID. Then she said we don’t pre rolls out in the smoke shop. But there is kratom and mushroom products all over the store. The fact of the matter is, from the moment she saw me, he Energy was clear I was not a person she wanted to service. I know that racism and mistreatment has become more and more these days. But it’s getting to a point I’m not sure in Florida which stores I will actually get good service from. I am from Washington state, and my experience in Florida smoke shops is disappointing, to say the least. Nova smoke shop is the highest end shop in the area. Their selection is great, the owner and employees know their stuff and are friendly, know how to recommend what is best for you depending on your needs.

Their selection of Kava and Kratom products is the best in the area.

I finally bought a water bubble pipe, and the selection for those items is almost the whole side of the store.
