Tomoka Plaza — Local services in Ormond Beach

The lady and I went to the Sunrise Cafe that's located in the tomoka plaza and I wasn't really pleased with the restaurant that much. Our food was pretty good,👍👍 except my potatoes that came with my country fried steak were cold and tasted old👎👎👎. My lady pancakes wasn't that good to her that much and she loves pancakes which is crazy 🤔🤔🤔. And we had to pay close to $5 for 2 so called large orange juice cups but I'll let you be the judge of that from the picture I post. The waiter lady was nice to us and always checked up on us to make sure we was ok which was cool 👍👍👍😊😊. We probably won't go back there again but price is nice for the food and service. FYI you guys might want to think about expanding because you have the customers but sitting so close to people isn't that comfortable, besides the point that we were the only two black people in the restaurant 😅😅, but we still got treated with respect and the atmosphere was nice to me. It's Cloak. What can I say? It's been around since the 80s, and it's outlived so many other stores in the area, and I hope it continues to survive if not out of pure spite.

They've been doing more events recently, and a ton more people have been coming around. Commander on Sundays really pops off now, and I hope it gets bigger.
