Five stars for sure! My family went here a couple of weeks ago and could not stop raving about it. Today I went and tried the beef and brisket pho. I have had pho at other places before and was never especially impressed and I never finished a bowl or enjoyed the broth. Well today was another story. Not only did I finish it, I drank the entire ginormous bowl of broth.(Embarrassing photo included). And who could blame me? Thinly sliced beef, scallions, fresh cilantro, rice noodles floating in a pool of absolutely perfect broth. But there’s more! They bring toppings: bean sprouts, fresh basil, lime and peppers. Our server created a mix of hoisin, red pepper oil and Sriracha for dipping the beef. Sooo delicious! The service is warm and friendly. They really make you feel welcome. They also have Thai tea and sodas. The soda was bubbly, not flat. Even the glasses of water tasted like it had been filtered. The ladies room was clean and featured real wooden full length doors on each stall.

The place looks small from the outside but it is very spacious inside. We liked the way it is set up, we were seated right away and the waitress brought us a high chair for our toddler. She was very polite and friendly to our toddler. She offered to explain the menu if we needed to, she gave us enough time to decide. We had an edamame appetizer and it was addicting. My wife had a shrimp with vegetables pot and I had shrimp and noodles plate. The portions were plentiful, the food was very tasty and we did not feel rushed (when they bring the dinner plate before one is done with the appetizer). A manager checked on us while we were having our meals. Very clean place, and has a nice atmosphere.

Such an awesome experience! Came here on a whim for dinner and I was NOT disappointed. I started with the fresh (not fried) spring rolls which were huge and delicious. I normally would have ordered the Pho (which our server recommended) but she also recommended the Combination Rice Noodle Bowl. It was absolutely delicious and a generous portion! My daughter got a half serving (child’s size) of the chicken lo mein which I was grateful for (she would never eat the whole thing) and gobbled it up. Our server was kind and helpful. The restaurant decor has changed a lot since we were here a few years ago. Nice and open. Highly recommend!

We are four people, my husband and I with a couple friends of us had dinner at Bamboo restaurant for the first time after changing owner and Covic last week. We really pleased to see the menu is a big improvement ! . There are Thai , Vietnamese popular dishes besides the great Chinese foods and sushi’s special they always have. It is more like international restaurant with a great menu. We ordered some sushi while waiting , they are good as expected. Then we ordered fry Crispy yellow noodles / a Chinese dish , another white big Vietnamese noodles for stir fry with seafood shrimp, scallops , squid and veggies/ my favorite . They are so delicious and come in with good portions not like other places I known . I shared some to my husband and my friend share with hers. We all like the way they cook . My husband and his friend order two bowls well known Pho special and they were given two huge bowls that all four of us can eat . Their Pho is hot with tender beef as we like plus so tasty , the price is good we decide from now on we just come here and buy instead of spending a lot of time to cook Pho at home . We are so full and don’t even have room for desert. ! We all want to come back again and will invite family and friends to come here when they are in town. Bamboo restaurant has great foods , good prices and I forgot, their pleasant service is another compliments. We highly recommended this place. We all have to give Bamboo restaurant A Five Star Keep up the...

I love my fellow reviewers. They never steer me wrong. I've been looking for a good Asian restaurant since I moved here. I've tried many of the local places. Yes. There are are 2 maybe 3 places that are OK. Well, I think i finally found a good place. The owner greeted me upon entering. He was very nice and helpful. He offered me a big menu as the take out menu was small with small print. I really didn't know what i wanted but had an idea. Dumplings, Wanton soup, shrimp fried rice, and a basil chicken, which he recommended. He asked if I wanted something to drink, so I went to the bar as I waited for my order. The place had a few TVs, a full bar, and plenty of tables. These folks are lucky to be open since they opened the doors 2 weeks before Covid. Slowly their business has been doing better and better. No doubt. When I got home, we attacked the food. The soup was good. The dumplings were the biggest ones I've seen and had in a long while. The taste was better than expected. Great start. The shrimp fried rice had the biggest shrimp I've seen in a restaurant rice ever. Just the way I make it. The chicken was flavorful with a good amount of veggies and chicken. If you haven't figured it out by now, this place is the bomb. Great food, cheap. Good service. Nice place with plenty of parking. Nice owners. I highly recommend this place. You...

Excellent Asian Restaurant. Bamboo Garden, 749 Nova Rd, Ormond Beach, is a newly opened family-owned and operated Asian restaurant. You are greeted and shown to a table in this clean, spacious and tastefully painted and decorated dining room (without the usual tacky lanterns et. al.

The service was excellent and the food was fresh, perfectly prepared and absolutely some of the best Asian food that the writer has ever eaten. The table of four's selections included: spring rolls, gyoza, beef in a spicy lemongrass sauce, chicken in a basil sauce, combination rice clay pot, beef pad Thai and French style cube beef (rib eye). All of the sauces were fresh made and completely different in taste...all were fabulous. Oh yeah, the plum wine arrived with a plum in the glass and was terrific. The sake was the best the writer has ever tasted. All were imported and were far above the usual one gets at other establishments.

Sushi is on the menu, but for obvious reasons of so much food ordered, the party did not order any...this time. Next time, and there will be many "next times" the party will order some rolls.

The selections are very reasonably priced. The most expensive selection was the French style beef at $18. For the quality and taste and great value, Bamboo Garden is well worth the 25 mile trip from DeLand to...
