I’m not one for doing these and I hate to bash a mom n pop place but here it is. I purchased a disposable back in august and my card got charged twice. After said purchase I was positive for covid (I am not blaming them for that, just bad timing) after testing negative a went back in and showed the counter guy my bank statement and he was pretty helpful. He tried calling the owner no answer but he took my name and phone number and told me to wait 10 days to see if the money would pop back up. Of course after that it did not go back into my account. I just avoided them after that. But then I discovered a few different shops that charge a few dollars less for the same product I purchased from pumpernickel pops, so a few months later me and my husband went back in because I needed something and they were the only ones open late. We explained the situation and the girl at the counter did the same thing the first guy did except thing time I was told I would be getting a phone call the next day from the owner who apparently never answers his phone. And alas I did not get a phone call. To be honest I should’ve just let it go but I used to work for publix and customer service is priority for them, and coming from that id hope a small business would do the same. Instead of just making it right I got the run around and I was getting frustrated. Not sure why my money never was given to me after the supposed 10 days, which I showed proof. But finally my husband went in today and the comment was made “the owner might get mad me” and that counter person gave him the product I was basically owed. Comments like that aren’t professional in my opinion. And I don’t want that employee getting in trouble, and I understand a smoke/vape shop probably isn’t the best for quality service, but Vapor and co across town has way better customer service and WOULD NEVER let comments like that be made or let alone let me go months without a refund or at least product of that value given to me. Plus the night I went into pumpernickels there trash can was overflowing and there were 2 employees just sitting there on their phone. Just a gross experience. Read moreOn April 24th I came in to purchase my juice and was told I had a 50.00 credit because I’ve spent 600.00 with them as a part of their loyalty system. I only had the one bottle of juice and she said I owe them nothing and I’ll have the rest of the 50.00 to spend next time.(The bottle of juice was about 20.00) I return on may 1st to get a new device that cost about 30.00 and while I was there get another bottle of juice. I told the person at the register that I should have some points to spend still and she gave me my total… 65.00. I said wow these things must have gone up in cost knowing I had about 30.00 left on the loyalty portion. Another employee stepped in and called someone to find a solution to their problem and then advised me that they can’t do anything about it… so long story short I’ve been going out of my way for years to be loyal to this business and they have now permanently lost a customer. It’s 30.00 but that’s the whole point. Beware for what the employees tell you about the credits that you EARN while spending money at their establishment. This is very wrong and I hope it happens to no one else ever again…
Update…. The manager of this location did reach out to me regarding the incident and offered to give the $30 dollar credit and adding $10 dollars for gas. I appreciate them making this right and will return. I am however going to leave the initial review up so that others are aware of how their...

I find the American cigarettes way too strong and I can’t find anywhere down here that has Canadian cigarettes. My son suggested that I try using a vap to help me reduce and potentially quit. I walked in and was greeted with a welcoming HELLO. I addressed the young lady about my needs and she was so helpful and knowledgeable. Her name is Sam and she is the manager. Super friendly sweet young lady. She answered all my questions and helped me select an appropriate device and vaping juice. She even gave me a Veterans discount which I greatly appreciated and shook my hand and thanked me for my service. This young lady is absolutely awesome. I will be back for sure...
