I actually would actually leave 0 stars because of the girl who works there. My husband got there, was told subs not ready yet, he waited a girl was washing the floor, and a guy was in the back making subs. The girl turns around and hands my husband a bag. He hops in the car gets nearly all thw way home, stops at a light realizes this is not our order, calls me, i said take it right back and get our order. After 3 phone calls while he drives back, I got the girl who Yelled at me for takig ANOTHER'S ORDER, and that I cost them 45.00. The 3 subs are 8.00 or less, that is HALF of what she accused my of, FOR HER MISTAKE AND INCOMPETENCE then told me my order was canceled and I would have to re order and pay again. Well the subs were never cancelled according to the subway e mail, and I have been charged for them. The subs were not what I wanted, she told me she could not take them back, so my husband briught them home. I threw out the I think chicken, it is not what I like, and my husband ate half 1 sub tossing the rest. I had no supper that night, and in trying for the last week to get a manager, to explain my issue, no one ever answers the.phone
I have been ordering subway subs for 25 years and I love them. There are only a couple I like, and I always get the same ones. This girl needs to pay for the order I never got, and the one she messed up on. She never asked my husband his name or phone number, just handed him someone else's order, then blamed us. I ended paying for a dinner I never got, and went without dinner that night, I was so upset at being yelled at by an employee over her incompetence. I just retired after owning and working in te hospitality industry. My husband and I owned lodging and a restaurant where we both worked, for over 30 years. I am well aware of customer service, and do not deserve to be yelled at for this girls...
Read moreZero stars if I could. Ordered 3 subs, 3 cookies, and a drink for pickup. When we got home, the cookies and drink were missing. Honest mistake? Sure, that happens. But when I called to resolve it, I was shocked by the response. Instead of owning the error, two employees, Stephanie and Sarai, accused me of lying.
We left a $10 tip. We’re not chasing down cheap snacks for fun, we just wanted what we paid for. Being called a liar over a mistake they made is beyond disrespectful.
It’s one thing to mess up an order. It’s another to treat your customers with zero integrity and absolutely no accountability.
Do yourself a favor and skip this Subway. There are too many other places that know how to treat...

When he asked what bread she wanted and she pointed to the one she wanted and her hand was over the glass, he snapped and said, "Dont Do That," and rolled his eyes. She is a world chef and was blown away at the way he got onto her like that, as she is obviously in the industry and has the utmost respect for others who are also in the food industry, until they act that way. @Subway, please hire better 🙏 Other than that, the food was good, and it was clean in there.
