Gelax nails and spa — Local services in Oro Valley

Went and got a new set done here because of the reviews. Left with crooked nails pointing in different directions and spots from where I was cut twice with the nail file. I went back the next day to show the manager and ask for a refund, which I was told they don't do. I was told to come back later in the day or the next day so she could "look at"them because they were busy. The only way to fix this mess is to take them off and start over, but I was dismissed when I attempted to say so.
