Title: Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Starbucks Location
As a frequent customer of Starbucks, I have visited this location on numerous occasions, both as a customer and as a rideshare driver picking up orders for customers. While I have generally received fair service as a customer, I must express my disappointment with the customer service experience, particularly towards delivery drivers, during my visit today, March 20.
Upon entering the store, I found the atmosphere to be lacking in warmth and hospitality. Despite there being six employees present, the majority of them seemed more focused on their own conversations than attending to customers. I stood at the counter for at least 3 to 4 minutes waiting to pick up an order, yet not a single employee acknowledged my presence until prompted by the cashier, a young lady wearing glasses.
When I finally indicated that I was there to pick up an order for a customer, the response was lackluster at best. One of the workers simply dropped the order on the counter and walked away without a word. This lack of respect and basic courtesy towards customers, especially those picking up orders on behalf of others, is unacceptable.
As a result of this experience, I have decided that I will no longer be doing business with this particular Starbucks location. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the consistent lack of professionalism and respect demonstrated by the staff leaves much to be desired. Read moreI have had multiple unpleasant experiences at this location so I decided to write a review. The barista at the window with brown curly hair and super cute glasses may need more time off. She is consistently short and does not multitask well. Taking drive thru orders while cashing me out seemed to overwhelm her. I needed a straw, condiments and a water I forgot to order at the speaker but she was unable to address my concerns because she was speaking to other drive thru customers. I attempted to speak to her but could only get one thing out at a time so unfortunately she had to go back and forth. The last time she asked, “Is there anything else you need?!” With an unnecessary attitude. I wanted to tort back with the obvious, “If you had given me 30 seconds I could have asked for everything”. Instead—I thanked her for the napkins and drove away. Situation could have been easily avoided with better training. I know this because I did her job for years. Read moreI'm usually here early in the morning, before 7am normally but almost always before noon. I have had 2 orders made incorrectly, but they were quickly remade. I order iced caramel macchiato, (once made hot and the second time i was given an iced caramel mocha) and i never wait more than 5 minutes. I also get the double smoked bacon and egg sandwich ( IMO it's the best breakfast sandwich around) and it was sold out once but that was closer to lunch time. The baristas are good, the service is good as well. The seating is not to my liking. They use two long bar stool high tables that seat 12. Those chairs i find uncomfortable. There are three comfy chairs inside as well as outdoor patio seating. I haven't used it, but this store has reliable app orders served throughout the morning.
