Banhdicted — Restaurant in Four Corners States

Love a good Banh Mi, but this isn’t the place to go. I’m shocked at the 4.8 rating. Staff were very nice and food came out quickly. First off I noticed the trash can in the middle of the restaurant was very dirty on the outside where customers tossing trash had spilled stuff for what looked like the last few months. Dirty and grimy, needs attention. Sandwiches came out quick but were already soggy in places from the juices the meat were sitting in. Bread didn’t seem freshly baked and the outer part was a little hard and dried out from being warmed up. Pickled veggies weren’t very pickled, they were fresh but not pickled well at all. Overall the banh mi was meh. Wouldn’t order again. Lastly after eating I used the restroom. Yikes! It was absolutely disgusting! Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a very very long time. Had I used the restroom before ordering I would’ve left immediately. If that’s what the restroom looks like I can imagine how dirty the kitchen is. After leaving the restroom I noticed the girl working had really really long nails, not sure how she would even be able to put gloves on for food safety. I’m just imagining all the nasty stuff under her nails. The owner or manager needs to get this place cleaned up! Place is busy too, lots of pickup orders. I can't recommend Banhdicted highly enough! I definitely recommend stopping by and checking it out.

The food is consistently delicious and fresh - having tried the entire slate of sandwiches on offer, I can honestly say that I've enjoyed every single one. The drinks are also very tasty and beautifully prepared, and there are plenty of flavor options that are difficult to find anywhere else in town.

The service is also always top-notch. Both Don and Kim are very kind and fun to talk to, and the service is always prompt and the orders fulfilled correctly. Also, new menu items are often in the works, and feedback from customers is both appreciated and taken into account when working on a new item! Finally, the restaurant is always clean and the kitchen standards are high.

Can’t lie, I left a 5 star review on this place a couple years ago saying it was a good banh mi spot. I am now editing this review.

This place FELLLL OFFFF! My whole family was in town for the holidays and I took them here because I’ve enjoyed their banh mis in the past. But this time when we went we ordered 7 Ultimate Breakfast Banh Mis and they were out of spam… which was crazy to us because they are literally connected to a grocery store. The lady working said we can simply double the pork belly on all the subs to account for the missing spam. We said fine that works.

Our Banh Mis came out and I kid you not every sandwich had 1-2 slices of pork in them, no exaggeration 😂. We paid ten bucks a Banh mi for it to be filled with eggs and veggies. I was so embarrassed.
