Lee Lee International Supermarkets — Local services in Oro Valley

Yesterday I had a very unpleasant experience at Lee Lee's International Supermarkets on W. Orange Grove Rd in Tucson Az. While shopping in the frozen food aisle, I encountered a grocery cart left in the beginning of the aisle, which I moved aside to pass. Almost immediately after doing so, I slipped and fell because the floor was wet due to glue and repairs being done in the aisle. There were no wet floor signs or hazard warnings notifications put up, which is extremely negligent and dangerous.I am a fall risk with a defibrillator implanted in my chest due to congestive heart failure, and this incident could have had very severe consequences. Despite my repeated requests, the worker present, who did not speak English, did not bring me a chair or call the manager. I had to wait for about 25 to 30 minutes before anyone came to my aid. I waited until my daughter called the store manager from her cell phone, and then called the police. Even after the police arrived, the store managers failed to offer me proper assistance or even a chair to sit on. They admitted that the camera facing the area of my fall was not operational, which seems highly suspicious. The store management showed a complete lack of concern for customer safety and failed to properly address the situation even after the incident. To make matters worse, and yet they did not put up any wet floor signs or cautionary notifications, even after my fall, allowing other customers to walk into the same hazard. I will be contacting an attorney due to the negligence displayed by the store and the potential risk to bepcautious while shopping here, as the management clearly does not prioritize...

We absolutely love the Tucson Lee Lee International Supermarkets! It has such amazing variety from different regions!

Their produce, fish and meats are so fresh and at super good prices! They also have live lobsters and crab, and all kinds of different type of seafood, oh! Some huge shrimp sizes! For all my seafood lovers! 😋

Meats: Shabu Shabu, Gai Di Bao, Chicken Feet, Chicken Liver, Quail and quail eggs, Beef Tenderloin, Oxtail, Beef Tripe, Pig Ear, Goat, Baby Back Rib, Pork Belly, Pig Tongue, Whole Duck, Lamb, Turkey Head, Ga Co Dau, Frog, Rabbit. (There's so much, you'll have to see for yourself).

Their website provides you with some Asian, African, Indian, Latin America, European, Australian/New Zealand and Middle Eastern recipes. Check it out and perhaps cook something new, you won't be disappointed 😊. Check out their snack aisle and drinks! Omg their bubble milk teas are delicious!Speaking of teas, they have what feels like an endless tea variety and to make your own boba drinks!

Anywho, I can mention so many more positive things we love about this store and our experience when shopping there, but... I'll just say, take the trip, and check it out...

I went here today 02/25/17. I gave this Place A 5 Star. This Place is Huge went through all the Aisles looking at everything..found what I needed Kimchee Base. Would surely Recommend this Place to Friends and Families. Completely Satisfied.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 02/23/2018 Still giving this Place A Five Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ By the way before Starting Out FYI bring Sweater or Light Jacket it gets too Cold When You Enter. Been here more than once but today was an Exceptional One For Us. Our Mission was to come here and Check Out The Fresh Seafood Section And The Produce Section. We normally walk the whole Store and go through every aisle but not today at least not for Us. So we go to the counter picked out the fish we want we picked the Pompano one it was four Big Ones. We asked them to Clean it, Cut it and Fry it For Us For Our Dinner. While that was being done went to produce section picked out what we needed and went back to see if fish was ready sure enough it was all packed up and ready to Go so we went to check out and Paid for Our Fish And Produce Items. The smell of Fried Fish was just so Consuming making Us Already Hungry 😋 we hurried home to cook Rice to eat with our Fish it was delicious awesomeness!!! That just made our Evening.
