I feel so fortunate to have found mirror mirror! Unfortunately for me, I had a bad filler job in my tear trough area done at another clinic and they also left me with a massive bruise under one eye. I’ve had filler in my tear trough before, and this just didn’t look right. I only needed a tiny bit, but there was a lot there and I didn’t see how all of that would settle. 5 days later and I was desperate to get some help with my bruise and to just get the filler dissolved. Mirror mirror graciously squeezed me in the same day (and mind you this was a Saturday). Melisa was incredibly caring and compassionate. She gave me a tiny bit of hylenex to dissolve the excess filler and to hopefully not dissolve all of it. You can never be sure with this stuff. But she did it. She smoothed the area out just enough. She also zapped my bruise and it was already disappearing by the end of the day. The following week I did some microneedling with exosomes with Courtney and she did an amazing job. Melisa then used a little to inject in my tear trough area also to replenish the site. I am now a week out and I can’t believe how good my skin and tear trough area look. I wish there were more stars available to give this business. Over the last six or seven years, I have had several minimally Invasive procedure procedures done that have turned out very well. These include Botox, filler, Micro needling . And last but not least I had some old filler dissolved several weeks ago. Going back roughly 13 years, I Had some very poorly injected Filler near my tear trough. it left me with dark marks and bags. Over the years I just thought it was my normal look. But when I went to consult with Melissa, she suggested that it might be old filler, and it was! She used a dissolver to completely get rid of the bags. I just about cried because I thought this was just part of my anatomy. She told me that she would help me fix the situation and she did. she showed me what actual fat pads look like and how the last provider had misdiagnosed my issue.
