This center is worth the monthly fees, but I recommend purchasing a monthly membership to try out the facility before committing to longer membership terms. Facilities are a little dated, and sauna in the women's locker room has been out for quite some time with no foreseeable date for going back into service. Pickleball and tennis courts are nice; well maintained and adequate entrances and exits to avoid crossing courts. Classes are a little ho hum and sparse. Workout space lacks windows. Cardio machines mostly face a wall, which is ok, but the lack of natural light is a little disappointing. BEWARE of the "free" assessment being offered by the trainers. It is a waste of time. I signed up hoping to get an introduction to the gym. The trainer promised a 30-minute free assessment when we spoke by phone. When I met the trainer, I spent 10 minutes answering questions and was then told I had to pay to continue with the assessment at $80 per hour. Additionally, the trainer I met with had 3 years experience, no sports degrees mentioned, and stated he had a high school sports background. Because of the bait and switch and the trainers' lack of qualifications, I will be using personal trainers at...
Read moreThe Facility itself is decent, but unfortunately the unprofessional management is what made me dislike this gym. I had heard it from other members on how the manager is very disrespectful and comes off rude. I experienced this first hand when she accused me of using another persons membership tag, she did not realize I had a couples membership and my fiancé name would pop up as well. As I regarded my complaint to her and Matthew Jankowski the Deputy director, since he was present as well, they both did not seem to care for my complaint. That just shows a very unprofessional environment where it seems the members are not cared for as they should. There needs to be better staff training and accountability for the unprofessionalism this...
Read moreI was sitting by the pool watching my kids swim when I noticed two life guards pointing and laughing at me. They were a man and a women, early twenties, standing by the life guard chair. It was very obvious. They were not even trying to hide it, whispering to each other and laughing at my expense . It made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable and I went inside to watch my kids through the window. I don’t understand how two grown adults can be so cruel when I had done nothing to them and was minding my own business. I don’t think we’ll be returning to this...
