Went yesterday morning with plenty of time to spare before I needed to clock in to work, right across the street. First the card reader was not letting me bypass putting in a store loyalty number, and when I mentioned this, one of the baristas said in a rude tone that it was asking for my pin…but I hadn’t even put my card in yet. Eventually I paid, and waited…and waited…and waited. Neither of the two baristas acknowledged me. Eventually I had to leave without my drink that I paid for so that could make it to work on time, but while I waited the baristas were telling regulars that it was such a busy morning for them due to all of the mobile orders they were receiving. I don’t know if Starbucks requires mobile orders to be prioritized over customers standing in the store, but that was certainly the case yesterday.
