Nelson's Footwear — Local services in Oroville

This was the Chico location but I called and asked if the Oroville one was owned by the same owner and it is so I decided to post this here as well. I went to return a pair of crocs after getting the wrong size and they didn’t have my husband’s size in the color, so I asked if they could buy them online. Apparently they don’t do that. So I asked for my money back but they only give store credit. Which wouldn’t be a problem if the man wasn’t rude about it and say didn't you see the sign when you bought them. He was really rude and not helpful for the short time my husband and I were in there. It’s really sad because I would like to support a local business and I’m pretty sure the man was the owner. Please learn some customer service or at least be a little nicer. What a shame. The store is nice but I rather spend my money buying from the actual brand stores than give...

Not my favorite cup of tea for a shoe store in terms of the majority of product they sell here, but in case you were wondering why the 4 star rating, I've purchased a pair of shoes here and when I'm able, I will take a look around when in the Montgomery area and see if there may be a second gem for myself.
