Me and my Husband went in yesterday to have a ring resized yes not the most expensive ring but the staff was very rude was asking a few questions on why we couldn't have it resized just to be belittled and talked down to like we weren't good enough to be in their store the way they answered our questions was in a way like we should have known and very smug just very poor company and staff I wouldn't recommend going to this jewelry store go to Marcozzi's down the street their store smells of money not road kill and the staff at Marcozzi's is very inviting and kind and helpful Shame on you Sierra Gem Company.
