Brown's Furniture — Local services in Orrville

It's okay. A typical furniture store but really nothing more. The staff, while friendly, weren't willing to walk with us and show us the options that we initially questioned about. Maybe I caught them on a low staff day or something was off but it just didn't leave us with a welcome feeling. I guess if you know what you want and absolutely do not want to be bothered, this approach would be just fine, however it left us wanting a bit more. Maybe at least a have a nice day as you watch us walk out after exploring our way through all three...

The service at Brown's Furniture is worth 5+ stars. We purchased a sectional and matching chair middle of the pandemic. As with all furniture the lead time was very long. Jarrod kept us updated on the status. Once we received the new furniture within a few weeks there were some issues with the workmanship. Jarrod was very quick to work towards resolving the issue and upgrading the fabric. Both pieces of furniture were replaced with new pieces. Not sure any other furniture store would have provided a no hassle warranty coverage....

We have gotten almost all of our furniture from Brown's. Such a wonderful furniture store. The selection and quality are great. Everyone was so helpful. The delivery people were so great. They made sure everything was installed properly and exactly where we wanted it. Love this place and we will continue to buy furniture here. Update: Again I cannot say enough about how great Brown's Furniture is. Great staff and the the selection of furniture is outstanding. Great service. I am so glad we are able to support...
