This week we were shopping to replace our old washer and we were looking for a used one that worked for our budget. They had exactly what my family needed, a Speed Queen commercial washer. Andrea helped me when I called, and held the washer until my husband and I could get to Plainwell the next day after work. Just bought a Speed Queen from Andrea today - What a nice personable lady to deal with. Nice store - clean. Was greeted when I came in the door - no pressure. I did know what I wanted, Andrea took me right to it. Answered any questions that I had. Offered a 3rd party service to deliver, take away and hook up. Also, I like that this guy is local and can use after the 1 year warranty on the washer for any service calls I might have. Thank you Andrea! Will come back again for anything else...
