My recent visit to my local Biggby Coffee was an absolute delight from start to finish. Stepping into the coffee shop, I was immediately greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The interior design, with its cozy seating arrangements and ambient lighting, created a comfortable space to enjoy my coffee.

I decided to come here mainly to get a Bragle, since I haven't ate anything all day and it was well past noon. They were very busy both inside and out and only had two people working. I gave them my drink order and when I mentioned about wanting a Bragle, she told me no, because they were too busy to be handling food. I have never been denied food at any Biggbys because they were too busy.

A girl walked in and was off the clock and went behind the counter, chit chatting with the two girls working and they were not moving to make drinks for a few minutes. Just joking around. On a slower day, sure, whatever, but if you are going to deny me food, don't waste my time talking to people.

My sister and I waited 20 minutes, maybe less, to get our two drinks. There were a few people ahead of us waiting much longer than we were and the line outside was moving faster than our line inside. Which looked like the drive thur was getting first priority.

I will not be coming to this location if it happens again. Either hire more people or hire people with better customer service skills that won't deny...

I am a Biggby junkie. Unfortunately the Plainwell store is off my list of stores to go. I'll go the extra distance to Wayland or Kalamazoo. When we go, we typically get 2-5 specialty drinks. They have been unable to get the order correct for at least one of the drinks, whether it's a frozen mocha mocha with extra flavor or a hot caramel mocha or a red bull with strawberry on multiple occasions. And they never blend the frozen drinks enough - you get to suck ice pieces through the straw. I was chalking it up to maybe a new person or they were really busy, but it became a habit. The final two straws were being overcharged on separate visits - when the bragels we're advertised half price, we were charged full price for both. We were on our way out of town and didn't realize it until later. And when the drinks were buy one get one for "pay it forward" day, again we were charged the full price for 2 drinks. I have left my name and number for a manager to call, but never heard from them. They may be good for a simple cup of coffee, but they never seem to get my larger...
