I order a 1/64 Case IH RB565 round baler and 1/64 Case IH 370 Magnum with dual rear tires and single front tires a few weeks ago. When they arrived, I received the round baler as shown and but the tractor had different tires on it and duals all the way around. I sent an email to Troy stating as such and let him know that the tractor wasn’t what I ordered. In the email I asked him what we could do to get this remedied. After waiting a few days I received no response so I called Troy’s toys. I got a hold of Troy and told him the issue. He stated that I received the correct item as the stock number matched. I stated that I don’t know anything about the stock numbers but that the tractor that I was sent was not the one that I wanted and that the one that I wanted had different tires and singles on the front. He then proceeded to tell me that the stock number was the correct tractor and that was what I ordered. He said that the photo that was shown on the website was the one that was for that stock number and from Ertl. I asked him what he could do and he proceeded to tell me that he could give me in store credit or swap out the tractors with one that I wanted but wouldn’t give me my money back and I could send the tractor back. I said I would think about it and call back with a different tractor off the website. I called back the next day and couldn’t get a hold of anyone so I left a message that I would like to replace the Case IH tractor with a 1/64 John Deere 8400R which is the same price. I DO recommend the Troy’s store for purchasing your die cast models. Because, even living in Canada I never found any problem while purchasing in his store. The product always arrives safely at my home at a good cost benefit rate. Once in Troy’s online store you may find a huge variety of cars, trucks, trailers, pick ups, tanks, from several brands. I especially do recommend the brands called Greenlight and M2 due to the very thorough high level of details applied to 1:64 scale models. These products are limited and they may disappear a few months after being released. Even though you may find Greenlight and M2 models in Canada at Walmart and Toys R Us, you may not find the rarest ones. So take a look at Troys’ website, and make a nice list of different diecast vehicles along police, fire fighters, ambulance, military, classic, sporty…and so on. DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!! -I'm writing this opinion after almost 5 months later, I'm still angry at you, if you read this opinion check the order reference"YFRMQFREP" or check the invoice #IN007108, I sent you several emails, you didn't deigned to give me an answer, My case was about an order of $187.82, they gave me 6 of the 18 (12 wrong) items ordered and the other were randomly, and the value was 174.58 lower than I bought, worst store to buy, I bought from DiecastModelWholesale, 3000Toys, Direct Diecast and they didn't give problems.
