Ordered a tool online ( was forced to buy duplicate tools to place online order ), order was sent to the wrong store (Girard) instead of ACE on 151st in Overland park, Ks Then order was canceled without notification. Then I was told by CST SVC the part would be shipped to the 151st store. Waited a couple of days & went to the store on 151st only to new told they didn't have it & refused to do any looking that involved leaving the computer screen. Then had the audacity to suggest to me that they could reorder the tool (that I would have to wait yet another week to get ) after all of this I'm really not sure if I'll ever purchase anything from ACE...

Don't expect the 151st st Westlake employees to pay any attention to covid19 recomendations. . .from ages 18 to 60 none of the employees had on masks to help protect their customers. They stand literally right next to you in those crowded aisles. There were 3 employees in the same aisle as myself and distancing didn't seem to cross their minds.
