Sure, she may be nice to customers, but know, if you are not what she considered a perfect customer, she'll talk poorly about you behind your back. Employees that are bullies are protected as long as they're the owner's favorite employee.

Ice cream was good but everything else was a train wreck. Waited in drive through forever to find only two cars were actually in front of us. Finally got to the window got handed a half melted sundae with no lid and dripping everywhere and a blizzard with an inch of ice cream over the top of the lid, again no lid. I asked for kids and got a sundae lid on BOTH. Ice cream everywhere and the kid who was like 10 says ' do you want some napkins since it is so messy?' seriously? Only adult is in the parking lot spraying it down...

We parked to drop our son off for drivers ed like we have many times over the years. We planned on getting something to eat before we left.
