C’est Trice Spa — Local services in Overlea

I am not an easy person to please when it comes to my hair. My hair is natural, thick, and long which tends to be very unruly. I have attempted to find a permanent stylist for the past year I have lived in Baltimore. I have searched and searched for a salon that can manage my hair and fits my work/school schedule. When I was just about to give up all hope I came across this pot of gold. I am so elated in every way the service I received was great!!!!! Robert was my stylist, and he was very knowledgeable about the products that work well for natural hair. This place has everything. I was able to get my hair, nails, and eye brows done all in under three hours (TRUST ME THAT'S GREAT TIMING...... I HAVE BEEN IN PLACES A LOT LONGER FOR A LOT LESS). For years, I've struggled to find a nail salon to visit on a regular basis. I LOVE C'est Trice Spa! Many salons either have an uncomfortable environment (language, music, etc) or you have to deal with someone trying to upcharge/ attempt to have you get a service you didn't ask for. Here, I feel like the emphasis is to provide what I want in the best way. Trice does my manicures and is a true artist! Her designs and attention to detail helped me find moments of joy after coming out of the Pandemic shutdown. I called to ask if they do dip and they said yes. I got there and apparently the ONE lady who does dip just left… got gel instead. The nail tech said every non-PC thing under the Sun as I sat there very uncomfortably. Then they tried charging me $85 for “gel build on” and another $20 to remove my current paint. I didn’t get any design, my nails are short, and I got basic nude color…. Ain’t no way that’s worth $100. After I told them I wouldn’t pay that and just to give me the basic gel, I felt like her attitude changed and that’s why she started talking nonsense....
