OTOMAN HALAL SPOT — Restaurant in Maryland

(Halal) We were just visiting Baltimore and happy to find a halal spot like this—great option in a city where halal restaurants can be hard to come by!

We ordered the Chicken Philly Cheesesteak, Nashville Hot Quesadilla, and Cheesy Fries.

The Nashville Quesadilla was really good—well-made with great flavor. The burger was also solid, with a generous portion of chicken, though it could've used a bit more sauce to make it perfect.

The Philly Cheesesteak was okay, but I’ve had better. It needed more cheese, and the addition of lettuce and tomatoes isn’t traditional for a Philly. The chicken could’ve been seasoned a bit more to stand out.

Cheesy fries were good and satisfying. Overall, the food was fresh, and our experience was smooth—we called ahead to place the order, and it was ready when we arrived. Would definitely recommend trying it out if you're looking for halal...

A few Thursdays ago, I fell victim to the TIK TOK hype and decided to go try one of the viral bBaltimore Fish sandwiches. From the 4-5 spots that have been raved about, I decided to try the one close to me, the Ottoman Halal Spot!

Now, the people tild me to be prepared for a long wait ( close to 45 mins), but, I was able to order and get my order within 20 mins. So, I guess it depends when you go. Otherwise, I was excited to try this Fish sandwich!

Fish Sandwich (🔥🔥🔥🔥) Massive peice of Whiting, hella lettuce,, fried onion, cheese and the Ottoman special sauce, on a brioche bun. THIS SANDWICH WAS MASSIVE! For less than $10,, too🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 My only issue with the Sandwich was that it tasted like a fish Big Mac and that I kept getting food in my beard🤣🤣🤣

I don’t usually leave reviews BUT this spot is a WINNER mashallah, me and my fiancé visited Baltimore for the weekend and we were looking for halal restaurants, we found this spot and it was the best decision we’ve made to eat at, we ate dinner here 2/3 days and got snowed in on our 3rd day otherwise we would’ve ate here 3/3 days, everything we ate from the menu was AMAZING, garlic honey chicken sandwich honey butter chicken sandwich (MY TOP FAVORITE) buffalo chicken sandwich and chicken tenders literally everything was perfect and SOO GOOOOD there’s so much more on the menu we wanted to try we have no doubt the rest is just as great if not better, (crispy juicy packed with flavor no tendon well balanced great prices halal super friendly location...
