Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Baltimore

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! If I could give ZERO stars, I would!

My husband and I ordered from this location last night via online. It took 2 HOURS for the order to arrive! We live less than 10 minutes away from the store. When the delivery driver arrived, he BANGED on our screen door, even though we requested contactless delivery! The driver told us that they forgot some of our food and then he kept saying he was going to quit. It was a VERY WEIRD and UNPROFESSIONAL interaction with the driver! My husband called the store and NO ONE ANSWERED the phone. He called and I called for over and hour yesterday and no one ever answered, but yet they were still talking online orders! We called again today a few times and no one still has answered the phone. ABSOLUTELY HANDS DOWN THE WORST ENCOUNTER with a restaurant/fast food take out establishment. The owner of this location should be ashamed of how this business operates! WE WANT A REFUND!!!! NEVER EVER EVER EVER order from this location!...

So I ordered on line and it stated 15 minutes for the order to be ready. I waited 20 and when I go to pick it up they tell me it will be 10 more minutes. All they said was they have a lot of order. So if it allows me to order online and you have my information why not call and say it would be a delay. What was the purpose of me ordering online if it’s still not ready when I get there? Didn’t get my food to almost 40 minutes. Will not be returning and will not be recommending this.

Plus on a Sunday you have one person working. Is this the manager or let me guess callouts and no one wanted to come to work. Well I don’t see a now hiring sign.

I ordered a pizza at 12:28 pm. The estimated Delivery time was 60 min. At 1:35 pm, I called the shop to see about how much longer it would be. She said the delivery was out already. I asked her if she had an idea how much longer it would be, because it was for a school. At that point the person who answered the phone told me that the estimated time was an hour and 5 min. It had been an hour and 5 min, and it was on the way. She was very short (rude), so I didn't speak any further with her. At 1:42 pm, I called again and asked to speak with manager. The same person answered the phone and said she was the manager, Erin. At that point, I hung up the phone because I knew speaking with her would be pointless. At 2pm, still no pizza. I wish I'd read the reviews...
