P.L. ....Thank you so much for visiting Farmer's Feed and Pet Supply the other day! Your Rottweiler seemed like a very nice dog and well behaved. All dogs have accidents, it is bound to happen! By no means does that mean that anyone is a negligent dog owner. I am so glad that you visited my puppy behind the counter where he always is, unless I allow him to go beyond the gate to visit people! I am sorry you feel that way about the store! I would be more then happy to show you the videos of your dog in the store peeing on/in the box of brand new toys we had just gotten in. I understand that me not knowing a price on items is frustrating! We just got them in and I hadn't gotten them priced yet. I appreciated you paying for the toys, although that was NEVER expected of you. The total of the toys (the 2 toys and the collar) was actually $32, so I think that charging you $15 was more then fair, as that was well below the cost to the store! I hope to have a larger scale someday in the future to accommodate people bringing in their large/giant breed dogs to weigh them! I am sorry that our scale designed to weigh feed bags, wasn't large enough for your dog to feel comfortable getting on to. It barely fits my 40 lbs puppy! If you would like to review our security camera footage of the entire time you were in the store with your husband and your dog please let me know! I am sorry that we couldn't acoomade your needs that day at the store! We sincerely apologize and we do everything we can to help our customers in any way we can! We do this job because we love animals and we are very passionate...

So I walk into this store, first initial greeting the young cashier was beyond rude. Then the owner, whom is of no help, accuses my dog of peeing on her floor, and a box of her products. She claims she now cannot sell these items and forces me to by them. Mind you, my dog was literally by my side the entire time. My husband even touched the pee and it was cold! I am not a negligent and irresponsible pet owner. She had her own young puppy - under 6 months old roaming the store. Then to just deescalate the situation I decided to buy the toys so that we could exit her store and upon going to pay she couldn't even figure out how much these items were and just assumed they were approximately $15. By the way, the toys were $4.89 at Petco. Completely...

Excellent service, very friendly..just about anything you need for your pet or livestock can be found here. Patricia does her best to match the prices of big box stores, so that is extra helpful. I'd much rather go to a place they know your name, know your pets and other animals and are knowledgeable about the products they sell. Beats impersonal big box stores by far. Someone mentioned the owner's dog running around the store, this is simply not the case. I come to this store 2x a week at least and have never seen any dogs just meandering around the store, they are behind the counter or attended by the owner. Staff here is polite, professional and a pleasure to work with, I wont go anywhere else. Lynai Reyahmi...
