Kottke jewelers is the place to go! I had a diamond fall out of one of my wedding bands & a friend recommended Kottke’s. She told me “wait til you see the jewelry Lauren wears.. you’ll be in love with all of it” & she was not lying lol. Lauren was Amazing to work with as well as Rob & Renee too! I learned new things that I hadn’t heard before about my ring. They not only replaced my diamond but ended up making me new custom wedding bands similar to what I had but removing & adding a few things that I had wanted to change. They listened to what I was wanting for an end result & I was given what I had asked for. I got my ring back today & it is Amazing!! & SO sparkly!! I can’t wait to go back to Kottke’s! I definitely won’t be going anywhere else & will be recommending them to others!...

I had a very important necklace repaired there, the chain that holds a pendant with my twin brother's ashes. The chain had some weak spots. And they soldered it. It wasn't to my expectations. And they decided that because I had already paid money to have my necklace fixed and wasn't happy with it they would replace it with a new chain. Now that is a amazing business!!! Thank you guys!!
