Staff is amazing 🥇🎉!!! Went so far out of their way to switch my service from Straight Talk to Metro. Free phone to boot! Great Internet for my tablet at home, no legging. All around I'm glad I switched and found 2 awesome employees that could multitask with my switch (it wasn't the easiest). That would be my old service not complying. A big hug and chi miigwech (big thanks!! in Ojibwe)!! To JR for really working hard getting my new phone/service going, plus helping other customers coming in. They may not speak Ojibwe but the staff that helped me do speak fluent Espanol. That's gotta be a big plus for many. Myself the store was a little hard to find, not knowing the area at all. Coming off HWY 14, look for Kwik Trip on your left, sneaks up on you... If your coming with a appetite, visit Giliberto's Mexican Taco Shop right nextdoor. Phone, food and fuel up, your set and back on home to enjoy your new device.

They wouldn't let me port my Cricket number to them to get a new phone. I was ask by the guy if I was gonna keep my number there for 90 days, I honestly said, "I don't know". Their promotion to get a new phone is to port in a non-T-mobile number and pay for 30 days of service. If they want to change their promotion and say you must pay for 90 days that is fine but I followed all their rules and was still told I couldn't get a phone for their promotion price. They either need to honor their promotion or change their own...

The male who helped switch my partner and I to Metro from Virgin was awesome and extremely helpful...
