Hy-Vee Bakery — Restaurant in Owatonna

I ordered cupcakes and 2 smash cakes for my twins’ 1st birthday. I said the theme colors were white, light pink and gold. So I asked for the cupcakes to be light pink frosting and the smash cakes to be white with the same light pink little flowers or whatever design. I said I just don’t want hot pink. The color theme is very light pink. I watched the lady write NO HOT PINK underlined on the order form. Pictures of what I got attached. These are hot pink. And the smash cakes aren’t even white? I’m baffled at how absolutely wrong this is from what I ordered. I asked the lady (kindly) if this is what they considered light pink? Does she think it looks light pink? She just showed me the tube and said this is what they use for light pink and said sorry. And what is this mustard yellow? Is that supposed to be gold? I didn’t even ask for that.
