Our family hosted a birthday party for my nephew at this location. We spent 480 dollars on the party for 17 kids. Despite how expensive it is, we continued this tradition the last 5 years. Every experience before was good, but yesterday was absolutely awful. The host in charge of directing the party wasn't attentive or very helpful. She had to keep being found all night for assistance. There wasn't any structure and minimal planning on her part. My sister and I had to take over and figure it out ourselves what we were supposed to be doing activity-wise. The whole point in hiring them was to lessen our already hectic load and receive some help managing these group activities. Each time we had to find someone for assistance, they acted like we were a big inconvenience and like they didn't want to help. We cleaned up everything ourselves and received very little customer service. At one point, my nephew's shoes went missing and we tried finding them everywhere and had to ask them for assistance. They rolled their eyes and scowled that we requested a call if they ever turned up. We understand if they were busy with other customers and we're more than polite and respectful to their staff. If they didn't have the ability to host a party that size or even the patience for it, they shouldn't have took it on at their business. The host got a large tip before the party when we paid in advance and even received an additional $50.00 tip last night for her "trouble." She definitely didn't earn that tip for lack of service and rude demeanor. So much money was spent and they had no problem taking it and...

For the most part it was ok. We went for my sons birthday this past saturday. One of the younger girls were extremely rude. When we were first checking in we decided to do laser tag. The young man who helped us was really nice. But when we started to pay the girl came around the corner, look what we paid for rolls her eyes and says to the boy, can you go setup for laser tag for someone who's not them. Referring to us so i shrugged it off. We went to play our bowling game then went up for laser tag waited 20 more mins. Which was fine we knew there was a line. She helped the 6 kids get ready for laser, after they went inside i said thank you and she looked at me and kept walking. Then when the 10 mins was up i went up to the counter she was there and i said could we buy another round or is there a line. She very rudely says to me, umm you need to wait, there is a line. I looked at her and said that's all you needed to say, you don't have to be rude about it. So i turned around and walked away. As im walking away she says sorry. We had no problem waiting, it was the way she said it. And it was not only time she was rude but 3 times. So i gather the kids and we left. Needles to stay we wont...

The place is pretty nice, and I definitely would recommend. The food wasn't the best but it was okay. One thing that was disappointing, was that they will not tell you if it's the same price or cheaper to bowl for 1 hour. They are not very upfront on those prices. If you go just do the 1 hour. Very disappointed in that, as this was basically a waste of an additional $30 I didn't need to spend if they would have just told me, and been upfront. But overall it was a good-ish experience. Management please do better. Carissa you were great and definitely brought this experience up from 1 star experience. More people need to be like her and if that was the case this place would definitely be alot better. I won't mention the name of the staff that was not great or helpful, mainly because I do not want management to treat them unfair or for them to get fired, I just hope they read this and make the change on their own. Also one last thing, I requested the nutrition info or atleast the calorie info on what I had ordered. They were unable to provide this.
