My wife and I have gotten take out from here many times but this time we decided to stop in for a quick bite and drinks. Truly one of the best Quesadillas I ever had. The steak was perfectly season and cooked and the white cheese melted wonderfully. I paired it with a Pomegranate Margarita, which was fabulous. My wife had the Chicken Quesadilla and a Mango Mojito. Then we came back another time and had the same drinks but tried Fajita Quesadillas, hers with chicken, mine with steak. The added onions and peppers and Mexican rice made a great combination. I ducked in here to escape a torrential rain storm with a “flash flood, don’t travel” alert and, not being familiar with the area and on the heels of the Kerr Co TX sadness, I was staying put. DELICIOUS food. I ordered the shrimp quesadilla that was on special and it’s packed with shrimp, onions, and peppers. The shrimp is cooked to perfection - Big 💋 to the chef!! The quesadilla got kind of soggy on the bottom toward the end but, seriously, that made it even better because those delicious juices are sooo good. I had to stop mid meal to tell everyone this it is that good. From top to bottom, this place was excellent. Our bartender Daniel is going above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need, (give that man a raise)he is a pleasure to talk to. Service A+, not to mention the bar aesthetics, and restaurant atmosphere was great, another A+. Now the food… A+, I’m beyond happy with the dish I picked.
