Beyond Hello Medical & Non-Medical Dispensary — Local services in Oxford Township

If I could write the staff each and everyone deserves five stars but if I could give honest review about the company and the location I give a one star. I've been to many dispensaries in Butler county and this one is by far probably the worst one I've ever been into. There's no heat in the lobby or music it is very run down. When you have older people coming in and it is extremely cold outside I don't think it is appropriate that a portable heater is being used to keep staff and customers warm and it's not even doing the job it is extremely cold in the lobby to the point you better come dressed warm and I have never been in an establishment where space heaters are being used to heat it. Makes you wonder if it even has AC for the summertime when it gets extremely hot. It's in one of the ugliest locations in Oxford next to a convenience store that has stolen money off my credit card when using it after purchasing items from here. So I highly recommend if you are considering using the food Mart next door to pure iconic you only bring cash. There is no curbside pickup they have sales but not like they used to to compete with consume. What keeps me coming back is honestly the workers in the back they are very good people and they tried to do with what they are given. I hope the owners of your iconic really take the reviews into account and move this location into a building of either a it's own or a nicer building that would attract customers to return it isn't very welcoming there's really no way to know it's even a dispensary and they open an hour later than any other dispensary so I feel like someone should take into consideration that maybe the hours need to be updated so that they can compete with sales from other locations hope the honest review helps and is able to help...

I drove 40 minutes this morning to be greeted by a guy standing outside the store in the rain telling customers that the store was closed because not enough people showed up for work. I waited about 15 minutes only to be told that the store wouldn't open until 11:30 to 12. Honestly. Are you people trying to play into every stereotype of marijuana smokers (undependable slackers.) If so, well done! It's no secret that this dispensary has had issues in the past. If you can't handle the business from medical users, how in the heck do you think you can remotely handle it with recreational on top of that? I'm sure Consume Oxford appreciated the business you have lost. Seriously - do better! PS having friends of the dispensary leave multiple positive reviews because you got 1 bad one on a day you DESERVED to get the bad review is obvious and pathetic. No one has reviewed you for weeks and suddenly everyone says you're awesome? Classless attempt to increase your score. Maybe you should turn your focus onto how to run a business...

This has been my go to dispo since the legalization and start of public sales. I love the deals they have and the quality products they provide. However, the efficiency of service is average at best. When they are busy, you are better off not even going. Currently sitting in the lobby and it’s been 44 minutes waiting to be called back. I placed an online order before I arrived and it has no benefit. They take you back in the order you arrive to the store which is very inefficient. People go back and have no idea what they even want and make everyone who has placed orders wait forever. There needs to be a change in the way orders and customers are processed. Online orders should have priority because you are in and out, while walk-ins should have to wait. Which will also incentivize online orders.
