Lola's — Local services in Oxford

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at Lola’s. Back in August, we went to look for a MOB dress for my mom and we had only the hour (or 1.5 hr?) appointment. They didn’t have anyone else after, so they just happily kept setting my mom up with dresses. The staff were SO friendly, fun and they were very accommodating. We had so much fun truly playing dress up.

My mom ultimately fell in love with a dress there but didn’t commit. Fast forward time, she ended up buying another one elsewhere and hates it (not sure why she bought it). So here I am, trying to do damage recourse and 4 months later I call the staff to see if they can help with my unicorn of an ask to help me find this dress (and fast).

I spoke with Nancy and Lauren who were more than happy to help investigate to find the dress, and offered other beautiful alternatives that they thought my mom would like based off of her likings back in August.

I felt so silly calling with less than 30 days to my wedding, but they didn’t not make me feel ashamed or embarrassed and instead were positive about the shipping times from one of the designers. They were equally hopeful.

I just really appreciated the staff’s level of care for their customers. I cannot recommend them enough. Their inventory was top notch and their staff was so knowledgeable. Thank you ladies so much for the great experience...

I purchased a beautiful gown from Lola on 3rd for my son’s wedding, and the staff could not have been nicer. They were so helpful and welcoming, which made the experience truly enjoyable. My sister and I also stopped by their more casual store and happened to catch a special Hobo event. What a treat! They had refreshments, including the cutest charcuterie cups packed full of goodies, and a great selection from the newest Hobo purse line. I stopped by Lola's this morning, doing some early Christmas shopping for my wife. I have good intentions, but horrible taste, so I asked for some help with my choices. The two ladies who were working were extremely helpful with picking out beautiful gifts. The clothing they sell is of high quality, and very nice looking - kind of edgy, like my wife prefers. I'll definitely continue...
