I had a very bad experience with the seller Claudia Q. She is very dishonest and does not accept her mistakes when she does them. I understand that as humans we can make mistakes but what gets me angrier is that she did more than one mistake and did not accept them. I would encourage customers of Cricket in Oxford to check their receipts before leaving the store to see if everything is in order as well as to get informed by calling customer service because it looks like they take advantage of customers. Also, I would like to encourage the manager to be more careful with her personnel. I want to emphasize that I am 2 year customer of Cricket and I never had this kind of experience at Cricket in Kennett Square. Thank you! Tuve una muy mala experiencia con la vendedora Claudia Q.
