Moving my son to Ole Miss I hit a stick of nails for a nail gun. Not only were they willing to help me on a weekend (which is rare enough these days), but they didn’t stop there. When they realized it was going to take a day to get my tire from Memphis and saw the situation I was in, they took it upon themselves to go the extra mile—literally. They loaded my son’s belongings into their own truck and personally helped move everything to his dorm for college move-in day. That’s not part of their job description, and they didn’t have to do it, but they did it without hesitation, with a smile, and with the kind of generosity that makes you stop and appreciate the goodness of people.

It’s one thing to provide great service, but it’s another to show that level of kindness and humanity. To me, that says everything about the character of this business and the people who run it. They’re not just keeping cars on the road—they’re taking care of their neighbors.

I took my corvette stingray to this shop so they could put new tires on my rims, they had a very difficult time trying to take off the old tires and ended up damaged my rear driver side rim. After they mounted the 2 rear tires I noticed one rim damaged. I showed it to the owner of the business and he was so nice and professional. He apologize and told me that he would have my rim repaired. I refused to let them do the front wheels because he admitted that his crew his not experienced in doing corvette wheels. The owner of this business is a very professional owner and stood by his words, he sent me to rim repair shop in tupelo and they repair my rim. Also the owner would not let me pay for the 2 tires that they mounted on the rear. I can always respect a person when he own up to a mistake and make it right. I unfortunately blew a tire on a Saturday night and Top Tires was the only place open on a Sunday, and thank God for that! I was prepared to not have transportation to work tomorrow and was unsure of what I was going to do. I called the next morning and David answered the phone and they luckily had the tire I needed. Within the next 15 minutes the owner himself and his employee were at my house with the correct tire. Altogether, it took maximum 1 hour for my damaged tire to be taken off and disposed of, and they were on their way. David also trusted me to come back and pay on my own accord and was so flexible. I paid the exact price I was quoted, not a dollar more. So appreciate the great customer service and lack of price gouging, as I know nothing about cars and can easily be manipulated into paying more. Will never hesitate to recommend to everyone!!
