We purchased a second set of new phones in Oct again with Jarred. I'm looking at my upcoming bill and it will be ridiculously high for Dec. When I called the Oxford store I was told by an employee Jarred is no longer there. Back in the summertime I had called to speak with Jarred and was spoken to very rudely by a brand new employee. I told Jarred what has transpired. I decided to call the Guilford office on Sat and spoke to the manager named Dave snd asked him to have Kelly the district manager call me. As of today no call.. I called back today and spoke to Tristan and explained my account situation. He was given permission to look at my acct and told me no new bills were out. I explained twice that my act says it will be $170.00. He was very confused .I asked if he would call or text Kelly to call me. He says he will try?? They are busy. I said call her or text. I'm a busy person too and Im the customer. Tristan needs retraining in his job!! I just read a review today from someone that had an interaction with your Oxford location 4 days ago and it's terrible....I'm not a satisfied customer. Read moreThe new Verizon location in Oxford is a delight to go to. Everyone there is very nice and eager to help you with any questions you have. I just left and had the best experience. Jared Yates, helped me tremendously! I went in there to fix a problem with my phone and my voice mail. He not only helped me get into my voice mail but also told me about a new and better plan for me. He saved me close to $5 off my current bill, increased my giga bites and I got a Tablet for only $50. He also helped set everything up for me since I am very Technology challenged lol. He explained everything to me so clearly and took the time to show me too. I will definitely keep going to this Verizon location and Jared will be the first Rep I ask for!! However if he is unfortunately off that day I know I will receive great service from anyone else that's there. Or I honestly will wait till Jared is there, he really was great and he seems very knowledgeable and not only friendly but I felt very comfortable. Read moreI arrived about an hour before closing on Thursday night. My mother wanted to upgrade her phone. The store was immaculate, well stocked and very well lit. Will D., the solutions specialist, directed me to the iPhone SE after I mentioned that my mother was 92 years old and never had anything but her flip phone. After reviewing her account, he mentioned that she should be getting a $20 credit because she was already signed up for auto pay and paperless billing. He said in order to receive that discount she would need to switch her payment method from credit card to bank account. In less than an hour I was out the door with my mother's new phone. She was thrilled but I did need to bring her to the store the next day so she could update her account to get the $20 credit. She had a few questions which Will who I am now referring to as the super savvy senior citizen representative patiently answered. His friendliness and clear explanation of how to work the phone made my mother totally at ease.
