I did not have a good experience there today. I asked for no cheese on my wrap but they added cheese anyway and I didn’t notice until I was about 4 bites in. I have chronic Lyme disease and I can’t eat dairy. I went back in and told one of the people working there, “I asked for no cheese but there’s cheese on this. I have Lyme disease and it’s really bad that I ate dairy…” while that person started to apologize, another person interrupted them and just said, “we’ll remake that for you!!” and went into the back to talk to the cooks, and didn’t say another word to me. At best when I have dairy I get a migraine, but at worst I can have pretty severe neurological symptoms. This place needs to be better about preventing situations like these; people can have severe reactions to eating food that they are not supposed to eat. I also didn’t like their response. I said that it was very bad that I had dairy- and the one person just interrupted the other person that was trying to apologize and just said they’d remake it. She should’ve apologized as well, and asked me if I was ok, and asked if I wanted another sandwich. Just acknowledge me in some way. It was unprofessional and it makes me think I can’t trust this place to make my food without...
Read moreAmazing. My dad tried it and told us how good it was, so we decided to go. Off the charts good. Staff are incredibly friendly, the breakfast sandwiches were amazing, and I got the blueberry latte, which was also amazing. Not really a coffee shop feel, but you know what it's not like they had to make it like that just because they sell coffee. I really liked the look of it. Overall great experience and will be back no doubt.
It's been a few months later, and I'm writing this as I am sitting here right now. We come back here literally all the time. Every few weekends my dad wakes me up and we come here for breakfast, and still, never had a bad experience. Ever. We even took my aunt here, and just like us, she absolutely loved it. I just can't get over how nice the staff are every time. Love love LOVE this place ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Another few months later, and we came here literally 2 days ago. I'm sorry I can't get over how good it is. The food, the coffee drinks, the service, we found one of my dad's friends their, and she also talked about how much she freaking loves this place. It's simply...
Read moreUnplanned stop was worth it! If you're constantly on the look out for a new, great coffee spot, then check out Quarry! I ordered a standard iced caramel latte, which is the standard I judge all coffee shops by, but as soon as I walked in, there was a problem. I saw the Specials board and immediately knew I was going to choose an item for my latte to wash down. I chose the Highland Ave chicken cutlet sandwich. The total: $22 and well worth it. The latte mixed well, creamy and not heavily sweetened. The sandwich was far bigger than expected! There was a decent amount of chicken and fresh ingredients. It's something I would have made for myself and I pride myself on my sandwich making skills! :D The dining area was a bit to cafeteria-like for me. I do prefer cozy/comfortable, but there is also a small patio with an impressive amount of seating. And two other amenities that I did not explore today, but could be game changers...there is alcohol and a drive thru. Perhaps one shouldn't pair the two, but they're available. I would absolutely recommend and have...
