First time ever going here and I feel mistreated. My mom and I went in to try it out, we normally go to Robeks (amazing smoothies and workers). We figured why not, couldn't be too bad, plus we want to help support local and small businesses. We ordered our drinks and when a new customer came in right after we stepped out of the way, away from the counter. One worker started to make the drinks and the other took the woman's order. The customer did NOT go away from the counter after ordering. When the first drink, mine, was done the owner(?) put it on the counter, put the straw, without the plastic, inside the cup and did not say who's it was. The customer promptly put her hands on the drink and all over the straw. I knew it was mine. The owner(?) after a minute, and only as the customer went to pick it up, indicated it was my drink and then only said she would grab a new straw. Personally I feel disgusted and felt the drink should have been remade since we are going through the pandemic, but since they are a new business I just let it go. My mom finally got her drink and we were able to go, without the receipt we asked for. On our way out we heard the owner(?) tell the customer "I am so very sorry about that". Like seriously? For what?! She touched MY drink and we didn't even say anything to the customer or workers about what had just happened. Neither of the workers ended up apologizing to my mom or I about what occurred. The worst part is that this was all for trying to support a local business instead of our normal go to smoothie chain. I feel bad for small local businesses that have to have businesses like this...
Read moreThis place and owner needs to be glad I didn't have a lawsuit against him. I parked in a handicap space ( as I had all right to do)and go into the restaurant to pick up my food that was 3 SPOTS DOWN. AS IM COMING OUT (of a different restaurant)THE OWNER LEAVES HIS BUSINESS and follows me to my car. I place my food in the back and my mom asks if it was too much OF a walk for me. I tell her no and look up and the owner of the shake place is standing in front of my car( two businesses down from his own) and I hear " WHAT DO YOU MEAN NO"!? I look up n tell him I'm talking to my mother"... he then yells I can't park in a handicap space and block the space! I tell him " you don't know who in this car is handicap "!( as it's on my back license plate) I felt so disrespected and stalked! That the owner would make it his business to come out of HIS business and walk 3 businesses down to make a false accusation. NOT ALL HANDICAPS ARE VISIBLE TO THE NAKED EYE!. Literally could feel the bad vibes from this guy. With energy like that this place won't be open for long. ( to the owner I have it all on dash cam) n idc about...
