The Guy who works there? Does half-fast his job hangs up on you and doesn't speak clearly so you can understand what he is saying. He lets charges be charged on your account then tries to cover up his own actions by saying it's your fault. As a customer, customers are supposed to be correct, especially if the representative for that company is incorrect and at fault. Now they're trying to charge me a fee which they should be the ones covering since it was negligent on their side by their representative not giving me the information. Them aanswering calls while talking to clients not a great idea. Plus once you talk to one person they expect you to keep talking to same person which it's hard to get a hold of that person.
