DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! Something shady about this place…. My loan was about to be up… so first I never received the notice by mail which is stated on the back of my signed contract under grace period policy and over the phone today was told “they don’t send them anymore” So I guess they follow their own policies… but they were all about what it said about what policies were on the contract for me to adhere by. it was not even 24 hours since their system showed that it expired 12/26.. ( plus the “reminder” text I got from them had a completely different date) but they still said it was gone already. No proof of anything. Not even anything to show me that my loan with my signature was closed out. Neither one of them could provide any type paper trail or receipt that it was sold either. He said that he just looked around the showroom and didn’t see it so that means it’s sold. It’s pretty obvious someone working there snatched it up ($2800 MacBook) and they’re trying to hide it. That store doesn’t get that many people coming into buy especially to have sold it in less than 24hr and 2 days...

Terrible experience here. Lost my ticket called to see when I was due. The guy helped an told me when it was due an about $10 lost ticket fee. He also told me they close a 10pm. I don’t get off work until 8:30 so I was like cool I’ll be there when I get off. Well, when I got there I was greeted with the upmost disrespect. They told me I had to pick my iPad up between 10-6. What? I just called up here an drove in the rain on a motorcycle to get my stuff before it’s late. They would not give it to me. An to make matters worst the guy called the police on me an gave them ALL MY INFORMATION! For what because I want my iPad. Rediculois! STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE! There are plenty more pawn shops in the area that will treat you with respect. Also I asked the guy to call the owner to make an exception since I was told I could pick up my iPad an the owner is actually the one who told him to call the police. I could not believe it! They really called the police an I was causing a scene or anything. Will never due busy here again an I advise anyone reading this to do the same. STAY...

Super rude the guy only take what he wants , I’ve been there just to experiment them and I always get the same result , they judge you right away I took a camera in worth 500 dollars original box mint condition, didn’t even look at it I didn’t even open the box , just looked at me and said we only take the good cameras the professional cameras sizing them up with his hands , I just walked out , one time I took a Jbl extreme 3 worth 350 he said we only pay 20-40% of the value I was asking 150 on a loan , they don’t take Apple Watches , iPads , but yet they do sell them , they been rude to me and my girlfriend in ovations , it looks like the guy hates his job maybe he’s been there for years who knows he looks bored all the time , with a heavy vibe , pawn shops at least look at the items and evaluate them if they want it they say how much if they don’t they say no but these people don’t even care honestly, go to Ventura pawn shop old town they are the best good...
