This place is a hit or miss. There’s a few shippers on the same plot of land, so make sure you’ve got the address right. Seems to be ample parking here and there, but not on the side streets. Commercial Cooling allows overnight parking, but they’ll knock on your door around midnight to ask if you’ll be staying or leaving. They lock the gates behind them, so you’re stuck there until 6am when they come back. At least they let you know. Day shift people are pretty cool and get you in a door fairly quickly (in my experience). Night shift is another story.. a bit slower, and not nearly as friendly from what I’ve seen. Need to find parking before check in unless u want to block other trucks from backing n leaving. If product is ready u get door on fcfs basis unless it's a DOLE load. They need appointment. They have 3 to 4 cooling storage in the property so u want to check in at the proper cooler. All check ins are different. For 1001 commercial Ave location docks are on s.industrial Ave. Backing have to b from road side. So u want to arrive from south side of building. Might have to wait even after getting dock.
