This is the bootcamp-style gym I needed to get into shape. After doing my research and visiting a dozen fitness centers in the area, I picked Trifecta as my gym of choice and haven’t regretted my decision for a minute. The trainers truly care about everyone individually, they take the time to correct your form if they feel you need it and are always supportive.
