I bought three trainer shoes on June 1st 2021 and at the cashier I asked the cashier if I want to return or exchange do I need to get the boxes with shoes he said no you only need the receipt so I took his words , unfortunately they did not fit my husband or my son and daughter so today the 6/3/2021we to return my daughter’s and exchange the others the refused and I told about what the case and what the cashier told still they refused even to call the cashier that helped and told me about the boxes and the gave me the phone number for HR , so I called the number but they lied the have not given me Hr no. Wish i could give 0 stars on this. I went into the adidas store and the first employee who saw me put her hand on her head and turned away and didnt even greet me and my 2 friends i didnt care for that too much until i walked in further to look for shoes and the other employees looked at us and didnt even try to help with anything. All the employees ignored us and yes i am going to put this out in the open because the only time they talked to any customers they were african american. And the other non african american customers were also ignored, for the sake of this store i hope its only these few employees that behave this way and not all of them because im all for giving the benefit...

When I first went to this place I expected to be a bigger store and with more choices. On arrival I realized this store was smaller then most of the small brand shops and was no west near the size of any out let I ever saw. Going in I was Extremely surprised by the prices. This place was no outlet all. Most the things where normal price. Excluding some simple shirts every thing hard regularly addidas prices and honestly was a big disappointment. If you are going to go to this place do not expect to find any thing out of the ordinary or any good deals at all. I think that this out let should be expand to be bigger and have more things...
