Johnny Rockets — Restaurant in Maryland

Very very disappointed about this place. When I get there, we decided to dine in. We ordered 2 well done Smoke House Burgers and a (separate) side of onion rings (not the combo). I also asked the waitress to get a milk shake. As soon as I said milk shake he said "sorry, we don't have milk shakes because machine is broken " so I told him to bring me just water. Food was fast but when I saw one of the burger baskets, the "side of onion rings" (6 onion rings) was together with the Burger. It bothers me but I didn't said anything. It seems they put the onion rings together with the Burger so they can give me less onion rings. They are suppose to give us a separate basket with the onion rings, since it was a separate order (not a combo) That was fail number one. I asked the waitress (Joseph) for hot sauce. He said, " sorry we are out of hot sauce. " That was fail number two. How come that in a Burger restaurant they get out of hot sauce :-o At that point, I told my husband that it was weird that they advertise milk shake every where in the restaurant and that the machine shouldn't be broken because milk shakes are very important for their manu. Obviously I chose to go to that restaurant because of the milk shakes. Also, the hot sauce is very essential in a Burger restaurant (in case they don't know it) Well, I started eating and Burger tasted very good and was perfectly cooked. While I was finishing my Burger, I saw another waitress doing milk shake :-o I was like " WHAT? I called the waiter and told him " I thought you said you don't have milk shakes because machine is broken and I see the other waitress (Chistin)" just did some milk shake for the other table. He looked at me confused and said " sorry we are just doing milk shakes for online order and my supervisor told me no milk shakes :-o " I felt very very mad but I didn't argue with him. In my way out I talked to the lady who did the milk shake and I got surprised when she told me she was the supervisor, her name is Chistin. I asked her the exact same question, why waitress (Joseph) said no milk shake and I just saw you did 2 milk shakes for the other table? She looked at me speechless and said " sorry, machine is not working and those are made with oat milk" I told her "that is exactly the milk shake I was ordering and Joseph said no milk shake" She said " okay I can do it for you now :-o " I told her NO, I don't want it. I just want to know why you are selecting the customers to sell milk shake? She said " sorry, we just do milk shake for some customers." I was waiting for a good reason but obviously she didn't have one and after she said "for some customers" we walked out of there because at that moment I knew, we were not welcome in that restaurant. Overall, I am still don't understand why they did it. She never told me why they didn't want to make me a milk shake. Do I have to look different in order to buy a milk shake? We are so upset about it and for an unknown reason we were...

My husband and I stopped here for lunch since we've never been and Im going to be completely honest. The server we had was extremely pushy. I said we needed a couple minutes to order and he came back in about 20-30 seconds, MANY times. About every 30 seconds he came back to ask if we were ready to order. Please, just WAIT. It's not a big deal though, really, what got under my skin is the fact that we're paying an upwards of 70 dollars for 2 burgers and fries and 2 milkshakes when EVERYTHING, I mean EVERYTHING has NO flavor. Not a pinch of salt, pepper, nothing. It was bread, watery ground beef, and cheese that tasted invisible. How can you have caramelized onions that taste like nothing? I am not kidding, the food literally tasted like nothing. I'm not trying to be rude, I just don't recommend going here unless you want to spend a lot on a bunch of nothing. Milkshakes were okay though. But that's all.

Edit: Since the owner thinks Im Lying, and I can't find our receipt,I added a picture if I had ordered online. It won't let me select Deluxe Milkshake which is what we had, which costs more so it just says original. Now add our tip on top which I put at about 22% normally, and you get...

I never do reviews but this bothered me. Went to Tanger Outlets for a little bit of shopping yesterday. Stopped at Johnny Rockets to eat. There were 2 tables that needed to be clean but we were asked to sit at the bar. There was 3 of us but we said okay. Sit at the bar, guy gets our drink order and forgets about us for 15mins. Comes back and apologizes and takes our order, again it was okay. We can see our food sitting on the serving counter but by the time it got to us it was already cold. Again I let it go. I asked for a refill but he walked away. Comes back with the check and tells us because we had to wait the drinks were on the house. OK cool, can I get a refill?. He told me and my friend "I'm sorry, I can't. I have to focus on my customers". He had 5 people including the 3 of us. You had 2 other customers and 1 left because his food was also cold. The register is next to the soda machine. Had no problem swiping my card. My first time there was good, second time was ok and this time it was the worse.
