SBARRO — Restaurant in Maryland

I stopped by to order a whole pizza. Autumn and the other guy pictures are the most disrespectful and nonchalant person I have ever interacted with. When my pizza was ready the guy in the GAP hoodie in the picture took it out of the oven and just sat it on the counter in the cold. Another employee (pictured in the red shirt) realized that it had been sitting in the cold for 10 minutes and had to put it back in the oven to rewarm. Because of the inconvenience he offered to give two free drinks. Autumn and the other guy ( Gap hoodie) laughed about the inconvenience and said that it’s only one drink and that we could pay. The amount of energy it takes to be rude to when something is actually your fault. Based on other reviews autumn clearly is an issue. This is why young adults have such a bad rep in the working world because their attitudes suck. There also is no manger available to rectify any issues that may occur. This place is ghetto. I visited this place around 6:25pm on a Friday. I went in and the tables were all dirty. I got in line and tried to order then the guy walked away and never came back. The next young lady came over and helped the person behind me and told me he would be back. He did not come back but told another young lady to help me. She had a nasty attitude when I tried to tell her which slices I wanted and did not catch the toppings as they were falling off the pizza. They also did not have proper change available at the register and just said we are out of change right now and did not make any attempt to call a manager to get change in the drawer. Listed price is 1 topping $19.49 Speciality $22.49 Somehow I was charged speciality price for a pepperoni pizza. They claim that a plain cheese pizza is 1 topping. Also paid $1.89 for ONE breadstick that looked like it would be good but had no flavor.

Also they were playing uncensored music which doesn't bother me but even so is highly unprofessional considering the different type of people who patronize the restaurant
